Doug began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2000, based on his belief that people need good, solid, honest investment advice. His priorities are serving his clients, being a good steward of assets, and striving to be an excellent investor. His mission: To help clients increase their net worth. He specializes in building individual stock and bond portfolios with an emphasis on cash flow.
Doug has a diverse background. Raised in Northern Illinois, he moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1985. He was awarded an Army ROTC scholarship and graduated from Oregon State University in 1990, with Bachelor of Science degrees in Agriculture & Resource Economics, and Animal Science. Before becoming a Financial Advisor, Doug worked in the lending, agriculture and construction industries. This broad history of work experience allows Doug to connect with and understandpeople from all walks of life.
Doug lives in Yakima, Washington, with his wife Jennifer and their two daughters.
